Pricing FAQ

What percentage do you charge?

Our fee is typically 3%–7% of collections, depending on your specialty, provider count, claim volume, and the services included. Most practices in the 3–10 provider range land at 3.5%–5%. We’ll give you an exact quote after a brief discovery call — no obligation.

No. There are no setup fees, no implementation fees, no software licenses, and no monthly platform fees. Our pricing is purely performance-based — we make money when you make money.

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month by delivering results — we don’t lock you in with contracts to compensate for underperformance.

Multi-specialty groups get a single blended rate that reflects the mix of specialties and billing complexity. We assign specialty-specific billers to each provider group so coding expertise is always matched to your actual service lines.

Credentialing services are available as a standalone service or bundled into Growth and Enterprise plans. For initial credentialing of new providers, we charge a flat per-provider enrollment fee — typically $400–$800 per payer depending on payer complexity. Ongoing re-credentialing management is included in our managed plans.
